Shipping cost

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the shipping carrier based on the shipping type, package weight and size of the item and it will be displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery time

It usually takes us two business days to prepare your order before shipping. At last, it will take carriers around 1-5 business days to deliver the package after the order preparation.

Expected delivery dates are calculated by adding two business days to the shipping time.

Shipping time frames are as follows:

 Shipments within USA
UPS 2nd Day Air® - Domestic USA Orders, delivers within 2 business days.
UPS 3 Day Select® - Domestic USA Orders, delivers within 3 business days.
UPS Next Day Air Saver® - Domestic USA Orders, delivers within 1-2 business days.
UPS® Ground - Domestic USA Orders, delivers within 5 business days.
UPS® Standard – Shipping internationally from USA to Canada, deliver days definite by date scheduled.

Shipments within Canada

Canada Post Expedited Parcel - Domestic Canadian Orders, delivers within 1-5 business days.
Canada Post Xpresspost - Domestic Canadian orders, delivers within 1-3 business days.
Canada Post Priority - Domestic Canadian orders, delivers within 1-2 business days.

Notice

This is the client’s responsibility to help for successful order delivery. There are several situations that the parcel will be returned to the shipping company:

-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that either delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the client does not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of additional cost for re-delivery. 

-After customer received the product, if it is not related to product quality problem and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 30 days upon product/parcel arrival, and the customer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Once we received the product, we will issue a refund for the product cost.

- UPS doesn't support PO box addresses as the shipping origin or destination.
